Saint Theodore's Lighthouse
Our first stop is at St. Theodore's Lighthouse, a historic lighthouse that offers panoramic views of the surrounding area. This is a great place to take in the stunning views of the island and snap some photos.
Katavothres Water Wheels
Next, we visit the Katavothres Water Mills, a unique geological phenomenon where water disappears into the ground and reappears on the other side of the island. This is a fascinating natural phenomenon that you won't see anywhere else.
De Bosset Bridge
We then visit the De Bosset Bridge, a historic bridge that was built in the 19th century. At 690 meters, it is the longest stone bridge over the sea in the world. You can take a walk on the bridge and enjoy the views of Argostoli and the surrounding area.
Koutavos Lake
We'll then visit Koutavos Lagoon, a beautiful lagoon surrounded by lush greenery.This is an ideal spot for birdwatching and taking in the peaceful beauty of the area.
Saint George's Castle
Our next stop is at St. George's Castle, a historic Venetian castle that offers panoramic views of the surrounding area. The castle was never conquered. This is a great place to learn about the history of the island and take in the views.
Makris Gialos Beach
Our final stop is at Makris Gialos Beach, a beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear waters. This is a great place to relax and enjoy some time by the sea before heading back to Argostoli.
